To meet some foreigners or Chinese going to Nanning or onwards to points like Vietnam or Guilin, then taking February off to hitchhike Japan in Kansai

I am a low budget foreign teacher in Nanning with a sub-par apartment but hopefully a warm and knowledgeable host. Not very clean but not a disaster zone either

Also lodging in Japan is hella expensive
