About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Live in the moment.

ABOUT ME

After doing the expected and going straight to college after high school, I decided to leave everything familiar behind. I was really blessed in my decision to first land on the Big Island of Hawaii and lived there for about year between 2010 and 2011. The tides of change and movement took over and I am grateful for the spiritual, emotional, and physical transformation that the island facilitated. I continued traveling in the continental US during 2011, mostly in the Pacific Northwest. I lived in Portland and Northern California before skipping the states and spending a year in New Zealand, hitch-hiking, WWOOFing and CSing around. I've spent the last few months in Australia, working and fund-raising to return to my roots for a visit.

I am a lover of nature and the earth and I try to spend as much time as possible outside. I am continuing to explore the outside world and see as many different types of nature as possible.

PHILOSOPHY

~I am in the midst of trying to figure this out for myself but basically love, respect, reverence and good will towards everything.

~To learn as much as I can in every moment by being totally open to new and different experiences and interactions. Every encounter is an opportunity for all participants involved to not only learn but also teach.

~I try and live without fear.

~Gratitude towards Earth Mama

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am learning how truly important the power of love is as well as the innate power that all of us human beings have to shape the earth around us. I am interested in witnessing the shear magnitude of how incredible the earths processes are and discovering how I will make a lasting difference in sustaining them. By encountering others, I know that I will continue to learn the necessary skills and perspective to best promote respectful and humble use and co-creation with the earth.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have slept on a few CS couches, although I have spent many a night upon someone elses couch :)

I love this, and have met some really incredible people through the site.

I am looking forward to sharing with new people and I have faith that everything is working out just the way it should...

Interests

A few of my passions include cooking, science, being outside, swimming, building fires, biking, climbing on/up things and jumping off rocks/cliffs into water.

I really love cooking and have since I was a small child. I went to a culinary high school and I love feeding other people :)More recently, I have become aware of wholesome balanced cooking techniques and really enjoy eating very healthily. I Love me some kale

I am also fairly active and enjoy all the wonderful activities that take place in the outdoors :) I especially love water.

oh, also I'm a proud science nerd.
