Originally from Iowa, now living in Chicago for the last 7 years. Much of my free time involves playing and training for competitive ultimate frisbee. Although I'm new to the Couchsurfing site, I live with two friends who have hosted many Couchsurfers over the last few years, so I have co-hosted and met many people that way.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When visiting new places, staying with people who live there makes for a far better experience than staying at a hotel! I also appreciate that it's more cost effective.

Interests

Other than ultimate frisbee, I like to do casual biking, go to movie theaters, watch TV shows, and see comedy and plays.

I find that biking around a new city is the best way to explore it.
