I love pop psych books. I am currently reading and loving 'Spark,' a book about exercise and its effect on the brain.

Huge Ska head. More recently its swing and blues, funk and soul, with a good amount of Folk and bluegrass mixed in.

As for movies, I like a lot of them, but don't really have a favourite.
