About Me
Hello!
I'm a student in the process of completing my Bachelor's degree in Communications who is looking to expand her life by taking some time to travel, explore and learn about new cultures before jumping into a career!
I'm new to travel, and up until now I have done very little of it. Most all of it has been domestically throughout the U.S. and I am so excited for the opportunity to explore various countries around the world! My goal is to visit each continent by 2020.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I have friends who have told me about their incredible couchsurfing experiences and from what I have gathered this seems like the perfect way to experience to new cultures and places! I am really interested in experiences new places from the eyes of those who actually live there rather than a more tourist-based view!
I will be traveling to Austria, Switzerland and France soon and will be looking for a few couches to rest my head on!
Interests
Film and photography. Music; I play the piano! Trying new foods and pretending to be a good cook. Spending time with friends; learning new things! Drinking wine and finding new, interesting places to hang out around my city!

Music, Movies, and Books
I like a wide variety of music and film! I usually stick to more indie alternative styles of music though, and any film that could be found at a festival is one I would be interested in. I love to read, but with school haven't found much time for joy reading. I am looking forward to having the free time to read again once I graduate!
What I Can Share with Hosts
My sense of humor and laid-back attitude! I have stories to share and endless knowledge about films and film-making that I can share with hosts as well. I'm also a Disney trivia expert and can share that knowledge! I love to talk, ask me anything about American life, I'd love to share!
