Mostly into hard rock,heavy and thrash metal, it calms down my adhd brain,extreme fast tempo beat really makes my feel relaxed lol. But I go along with many other types of music from classical to folk songs,80's. Books,mostly psycgology related books right now. Movies anything that gives me shivers or makes me smile.
