ABOUT ME

I'm a recent graduate trying to hone my passions even more. Spent the last five years at acting conservatory and am ready to test what I've learned. Hoping now with no more studies I might have time to do some serious traveling.
I'm moving to NYC in June and can't wait to host friends, family, and hopefully some surfers.

PHILOSOPHY

I'm livin' to create and love. Hopefully to do them at the same time too. Create with those I love. I'm looking for the stories that need voices, the songs that need bodies, and for words that must be seen.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm new here but am taking a trek across the country in silence. I'll be busking along the way singing in gibberish. It's a theatrical experiment of sorts that I'm bound to learn something from.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'd love to call myself a sci-fi-guy but I don't think I've read or seen near enough. The Beats have a special place in my heart. Most magical realists get me going. Most of all I love finding new writers that illuminate an aspect of living I'd never considered having some connection to.
Love some funk. Open to most anything when it comes to music. I will give anything a chance.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

After a small earthquake off of the shore of San Diego about 10 giant squid beached themselves out of confusion. The squid were stuck in tide pools attacking one another leaving bits of squid flesh floating atop the water. For about 45 minutes my first morning in San Diego I was saving squids lives throwing them into the waves by their ears.

I can play some music and love to play with others.
I know the theatre and love to talk about it. I've got opinions and enjoy a good friendly debate.
I like to write and love to share my work as long as I get to read another's.
I'm a vegetarian and make some mean beans and guac among some other things.
I love to learn more about music always. Theory, history, preferences etc...
I love to get my hands dirty and am down to learn on the fly.
