I love to travel, see new places, and meet new people. I'm laid back, easy going, like to soak up the moment and enjoy the little things. I try to go with the flow and not have high expectations, but I do strive to carry out my passions with a purpose and drive. I'm really friendly, I think I can be funny... sometimes? I like to make others laugh. Smiles go a long way :)

At the moment I'm looking for a couch. But once I get settled I will be happy to host.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I stayed with several different hosts in the UK and all were good experiences. I haven't used couchsurfing for a while, but I'm hoping that changes as I intend to travel more next year.

I love photography and writing - telling stories, capturing moments, being out in nature and exploring. My professional work is multimedia. When I'm not working I'm creating art and travelling.

I love all types of music - Thievery Corporation is one of my favourite artists because they combine a lot of world music into their sound.

I like movies that make me think or something silly that makes me laugh.

I'm usually drawn to books about nature and survival. I just finished a book called Vagabonding which offers a lot of useful tips for long-term travel around the world.

In Iceland I watched the northern lights wash over the sky from horizon to horizon dancing like a ribbon of pink, white and green water. I had to close my jaw because my teeth were starting to freeze.

I have a good knowledge of photography and design that I'd be more than happy to share.

I'm not an amazing cook but I'm not half bad either (I believe a lot of if "boils down" to patience) I'm good with certain dishes and I'm alway happy to make a meal. I have some pretty interesting travel stories that some might find amusing too.
