ABOUT ME

My name is Ryan, and I am a pretty great guy all around... But I would never say that of course. I grew up and spent my whole life in the capital of Minnesota, probably the best state in the union and that is a fact that is not debatable. I got my first taste for travel on a trip to Ireland, and had one of the best times of my life... maybe because the drinking age was 3 years younger, but I'm pretty sure i just had a great time seeing the world. I took a year off after high school and spent it traveling north from venezuela selling hot dogs and teaching english along the way. This past year i went to college and it was a good time, but I'm taking some more time off to do some more traveling and get some more real world education.

I like soccer, snowboarding, history, and political philosophy. I think languages are sweet and want to learn as many as I can. I have three dogs and like animals. The outdoors is great, and I'm always down for the next adventure.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I just started couchsurfing after hearing about it from a guy while boating from colombia to panama a few months ago. I look forward to doing a lot of traveling and being able to get some real life impressions of places from the people that live there and know the places best.

I love to play soccer and travel, Urban exploring is always a good time, hiking, camping, and all things outdoors interest me. Its never not fun philosophizing and talking about the world either
