ABOUT ME

I am 21 years old computer systems administrator in Lithuania (and also a business management student). I have quite many contacts around the world, mainly arising from BOINC (distributed computing, check http://boinc.berkeley.edu/ and http://www.primegrid.com/ ).

I am the person who organizes most of longer-duration or longer-distance trips for my groups of friends, and I'm quite open if I see that I can trust people.

PHILOSOPHY

I usually try to stay positive. Although it's difficult sometimes, I don't give up easily. My friends say that they can trust me, so I try to stay that way.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have been informed about this community by Hospitality Club members. I hope to get help couchsurfing, and maybe help somebody by offering them my own couch.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've couchsurfed at my friends in foreign countries that I had contacts with way before doing that; however, I now have my first "external" couchsurfing experience, and it was great :)

Music, Movies, and Books

I like electronic music, and science-fiction movies. I watch every episode of series like Stargate Atlantis, Stargate SG-1 (too bad it's terminated :( ), Lost, Prison Break, ... I probably watch too many series to find time for books though.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm a geek, and I'm proud of it :) When it comes to computers, I can fix most of the issues that don't require hardware modification (although I occasionally do that, too). So if you are having computer issues when I'm visiting you (or vice versa), I'd be glad to help :)
