About Me
CURRENT MISSION
See the world! (oh and I should probably work on my thesis...haha!)
ABOUT ME
26 years old, masters student, born in Poland, raised in the U.S., currently studying abroad in Dublin, Ireland for the Spring '12 semester
Some words to describe me: hard working, always on the go, dedicated, loyal, caring of his dogs and of other people.
That said, I usually am happiest when I am busy. I like to keep myself occupied all the time, so the word "bored" does not exist in my vocabulary. I love to travel, I have even recently added 'visit 50 countries' to my bucket list.
My dogs are my world. My life revolves around them from the moment I wake up til I fall asleep, usually fighting one or both of them for a spot on the bed. This is the first time I've been away from them for this long and it's killing me. I'm enjoying studying abroad but at the same time, I can't wait to see my girls!
PHILOSOPHY
I am an environmentalist at heart. I try to live my life as efficiently as possible: I recycle everything, conserve water and energy, I am working on converting to a vegetarian diet, and hope to build a career making the built environment as environmentally conscious as possible.
"Live simply so others may simply live"

Interests
Anything relating to renewable energy, climate change, global warming, energy efficiency, earth's resources, and animals immediately sparks my interest. I spend a lot of my time on schoolwork and taking care of my two dogs. This semester, I am studying abroad in Dublin, Ireland.
I would be absolutely ecstatic if I could stay with a host that has a dog! That would most likely make my entire month!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I participated in a competition in the U.S. known as the Solar Decathlon. Our team built a home in Indiana and shipped it to Washington D.C., reconstructed it, and competed to win 2nd place overall. The moment that the home was finished being put back together in D.C. left me awestruck because I had poured months of blood, sweat, and tears into that project and it had been finalized!
