Hi!My name is Anete!
I'm a digital artist and teacher from Latvia
I'm very talkative and smiley person that enjoys eating, sleeping, strolling around and exploring different places and people.
I believe that I'm a friendly and nice person that likes to be helpful and supportive. I tend to believe that I am open minded, funny and creative individual.
I'm always carrying around my sketchbook and enjoy art, music, cinema and hiking.

I'll try my best to help you when it comes to staying in Latvia or just exploring it.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I really would like to be useful and helpful to others. I'd like to introduce people to my country and it's culture. I have been helped so many times by very lovely people so I want to repay the kindness with kindness.
My participation started with me wanting to explore other cultures and share mine, bringing the world together.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had the amazing opportunity to stay with wonderful people that had helped me so many times. This chance gave me huge respect to this project that I always recommend to others!

Interests

I like to draw and express myself. Is it painting or just looking at trees. I like to sing, travel, make new friends and discover a lot of new places. I really like to spend my time outdoors taking long walks in parks or at the country side cause I grew up in that kind of environment. I'm a nature-loving person that loves photosynthesis :D
I enjoy sports, dancing, exploring different cultures, support and make friends.

Music, Movies, and Books

I don't have any particular-I enjoy many genres..especially science fiction, psychology, fantasy, animations and adventure stories, although i am not good with horror movies..

as for music-i listen to almost anything.I enjoy classical music and even rap..Love soundtracks, zen, rock and folk music and so much more.Just name one and I will probably love it too. :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Every day I discover something new and amazing.
I guess i'm still looking forwards to my heroics moments but all the amazing things, people and places that I have seen, met or visited is an irreplaceable inspiration to me.
But if I had to name one thing-Despite me being afraid of heights I jumped out of plane with a parachute :)

Teach, Learn, Share

To be able to teach, first, I wish to learn!
But I can teach you all sort of art related stuff like drawing, animation, painting, history

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am very cheerful person so I hope that I will make you smile at least a bit. I can draw a little sketch of you and even give some tips for drawing.
I tend to believe that I have a creative way of looking at things which might broaden ones horizon but everyone can be unique in their own way so its not just me-its everybody!
Although I am not confident with my cooking skills, I can make some Latvian potato pancakes :)
I hope to be a good surfer and great host in the future!
