Hello!

So here I am, a 30 year old female from a small town in a little country where the tulips grow, the windmills turn, we (actually never) walk on wooden shoes, we have 'hagelslag' for breakfast, we eat 'bitterballs' at parties, make yummie stroopwafels and black candy called drop, where the national colour orange unites us all, and where the sea tries to drown us; the Netherlands (I'm fine with Holland too ;) ).

Now you now more about my country, here are some things about me :
I'm a friendly, caring, open, easygoing, young at heart, positive person that sometimes needs a little time for adapting.
Up untill now I’ve spended 95% of my working-life as a (district) nurse with mostly elderly. I really like this job, because it's diverse and I get to meet a lot of different people.
In 2018 I made my first big solo travel to Asia for 3 months. Since then I changed my view on a lot of things. Especially on how I want to live my life in the future. I've learned that there are so much opportunities to take and therefore I try to be more aware of the choices that I make now. I would love to see (a lot!) more of what this beautifull planet has to offer and do more amazing things.

I love: my dog, the beauty of nature, playing games, to feel free, to philosophize, a little climbing, relaxing, to be spontanious, bonfires, animals, to not plan my travels, and so much more...

During my travels I would love to meet new people that are open to share their culture, experiences, knowledge.

I hope to be a host for other travelers in the future, when I have my own space.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Hitchhiking through the north of Cambodia is my number one experience now. Amazing to see how many great, nice people there are!
