ABOUT ME

I am a Spanish girl, born in Galicia. Open-minded, pluralistic, respectful, tolerant, empathetic and cheerful. Very self-critical but to a tolerable point, honest (can't hide anything!), very talkative and expressive (the proof is that I have more and more wrinkles xD). I like to meet people, talk and share things. I also appreciate the tranquility of a couch and a movie at home, occasionally. I love to eat! I love italian and mexican food. My friends say I'm friendly and I'm always joking.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: I can see everything, sometimes seems to have no filter. My favorites are "the Godfather", "the Goodfellas" and "Pulp Fiction". All of Tarantino, Woody Allen (though not so much lately),Clint Eastwood, Coen, and classics as Wilder, Hitchcock or H. Hawks.
I have my geek point from childhood obsessed with Star Wars and a little crush on "Amelie Poulain".I love that soundtrack!!
My favorite actress of all times is Audrey Hepbourn.

Music: Although I can listen almost all kind of music (except tecno, I can't stand it) I prefer the rock of the 50's, 60s, 70's, 80's, jazz, and country. Elvis, Frank Sinatra, Nina Simone, Mina Mazzini, The Beatles, Gino Paoli...

Literature and journalism: Truman Capote, J.R.R. Tolkien, Bertolt Brecht, Hermann Hesse, Legineche, Mario Puzzo, Walt Whitman, Pablo Neruda, L. Tolstói, Ken Follet, George Orwell, Primo Levi, A. Huxley, Cortazar, E.Hemingway, R. Kapuściński, ...

Art: Architecture and classical art, architecture and sculpture of the Italian Baroque. I love the impressionist painting. Photojournalism (M.Riboud, R.Doisneau, R.Capa).

Teach, Learn, Share

I know very well my country and I can share my experiences with people. I like to help in the planning and recommend places to visit, eat (I love food) or fun things to do. I would like to learn more about other cultures, customs, cuisine and way of seeing the world. I have so much to teach, share and learn yet!
