About Me
CAN'T HOST AT THE MOMENT DUE TO UNCERTAINTIES CONCERNING CURRENT HOUSING SITUATION.
Hey there lovely people,
it's a pleasure to meet you here. I am Stefan, 27, and a lover of lovely conversations, good beer/tea/coffee, and good food. I also enjoy having all of these things at the same time.
I study musicology with a focus on music and urban development, currently working on my MA-thesis. In my spare time, I like to hang out with my friends, go for walks, enjoy the sunshine, or spend the day inside, listening to some dope records, making music myself or watching films. I also try to meditate everyday.
Although I have been on here for quite a while now, I have never had the pleasure of hosting. As I am not planning to travel much this year, I really hope to have the chance to meet people from elsewhere through hosting.
I recently moved back to Hamburg and it feels good to be back :) I share an apartment with my friend Anna who also is pretty chilled and easy going with most people and things. She will probably be happy to meet you and hang out with you as well. Our apartment is located in Eimsbüttel with lots of nice cafés and bars in walking distance.
The city is very dear to me. I have many great memories of this place and I really think that it has lots of great things to offer. If my schedule allows, I will be happy to show you around and do some bar hopping with you. We can also go for proper night out if you feel up for it. None of that is a must of course and you can also just explore the city on your own. In any case, since I really appreciate the opportunity to meet people from all over the world, I would like to get to you know a little bit at least.
We have a small spare room which is just big enough to fit two people in there (three if you don't mind some squeezing). While there is a mattress in the room, we might not be able to provide any beddings when you are here. If you are not planning on bringing a sleeping bag or a blanket yourself, please let us know in advance. Maybe we can work something out. Also, if you are traveling in a group and you don't feel comfortable to share a single mattress, bringing an additional mattress is recommended.
We live right next to a pretty big street. So if you have troubles sleeping in noisy environments, this might not be for you. Between 10 pm and 6 am it's usually ok though.
