Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Traveling to have new experiences to broaden my horizons
ABOUT ME
I'm simple, a bit of a minimalist you could say. I love learning how to do new things. My biggest passions are my family, friends, rock climbing, and yoga. I love to climb anything I can.
PHILOSOPHY
Take each moment, each day as it comes. There is no sense in regretting the past or worrying about the future.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I am a surfer. I am just traveling right now, so I do not have a couch to offer up, but when I do have that ability, I plan to give back.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have not CouchSurfed through here yet, but I have met some CouchSurfers. They joined me and some friends on a rock climbing trip a few years back. Even though I was only around the Surfers for two days, they made a huge impression on me. They were so kind and were so easy to talk to, a real treat to be around. And the stories they told made me jealous and wanting more out of life.
Update: This past spring my friend and I couchsurfed outside Milan, Italy in Bergamo. It was such a pleasant experience! Our hostess was wonderful and we still keep in touch.

Music, Movies, and Books
Oh music. This is another passion of mine. I am not a musician myself, but I love listening to music. I could name as many bands right now...U2, The Beatles, Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin (to take care of the obvious ones), Band of Horses, The xx, The National, Yeasayer, The Shins, A.A. Bondy, Modest Mouse, Arcade Fire, Interpol, My Morning Jacket, The Avett Brothers, Grizzly Bear, The Local Natives...I could go on and on
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I have climbed to the top of a glacier in Glacier National Park in Montana. Needlessly to say, I have never felt so exhilarated.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach people how to rock climb. Haha, I know that isn't a neccesary skill in life, but hey. Why not try. And I can also teach some yoga. I plan on becoming an instructor someday soon. Oh, and I can also teach people how to make sushi! I just want to learn. Among many things, I want to learn how to cook exotic things.
