ABOUT ME

My names Santiago, I live eat and breath soccer, I love living in Santa Barbara, staying active, going to the beach, hiking whenever I get a chance, and just trying to travel on the weekends when my wallet and work permit! I work as a Data Analyst at a software company here in town.

PHILOSOPHY

You'll never score if you don't shoot.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm into a little bit of everything as far as music goes. I can tell you that I think Pink Floyd Dark Side of the Moon is the greatest album ever made in my opinion, and I can get down to Frank Sinatra, and Snoop Dogg all in the same day. As far as movies, I love original stuff, clever comedy and action/kung-fu/ drama movies, Planet Earth (Oprah's soothing voice) and anything visually appealing.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Did the Everest Base Camp Hike in Nepal in September 2012. I have been skydiving, I ate some macaroni and cheese that expired in 1986, and nothing happened. I love going to soccer games and the last one I went to was Barcelona-Manchester City in a friendly here this last summer in Barcelona! I hiked up half dome in Yosemite with a watermelon in my backpack, (update: hiked halfdome this summer with a Heineken Keg in my backpack!)
Hiking Macchu Picchu in June 2011 was another experience as well.
