I'm a positive man with a lot of interests. I always try to find even a small piece of hope and beauty in everything. Usually I travel with my girlfriend Ania. I'm entrepreneur with highly proactive attitude. I like to inspire and also to be inspired. Both me and my girlfriend are travellers, none of us is tourist.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I really believe in sharing economy and collaborative consumption, described by Rachel Botsman. Meeting new people, discussing cultural differences, sharing travel & life stories is one of the most fascinating thing, which attracts me the most at CouchSurfing.

I was pleased to host a girl from UK. And this experience was just amazing. Being in touch with a person from different culture can change our point of view on many aspects. I hosted her for 3 days and I tried to be as good host as it could be possible. I totally like showing people around and talking about our cultures.

And my experience as a surfer started in December'10. Me and my girlfriend surfed in Bergamo and Milano, Italy. It was fantastic! Due to couchhosts we were able to reach places not named in guidebooks. And this's the essence of travelling.

During summer holidays 2011 me and Ania were surfing 4 couches in Western Europe and it was such a fantastic experience!

Interests

I'm interested in Southern Asia's history, culture (especially India); new technologies and their impact on our daily lifestyle (drones, internet global start ups), aerial filming, snowboarding, snorkelling, couch surfing, amateur photography - admiring natural landscapes and pearls of architecture is exactly what I like.

My interests are differential and there are many fascinating and exciting things. Living diversity is the most amazing thing that I try to do. Unknown and sudden things are the most fascinating for me.

MOVIES:
my favourite are: Intouchables, Green Mile, Cool Running, K-pax, Shawshank Redemption, Inception, Shutter Island, Zatoichi, Grindhouse: deathproff, American beauty

MUSIC:
any good music, doesn't matter what genre it is - from classical (I used to play the piano), rock music to funky vocal house

BOOKS:
legal thrillers by Phillip Margolin, Michael Palin's travel stories, 'My family and other animals' by Gerard Durell, Wojciech Cejrowski, Fiodor Dostojewski, Joseph Conrad, Albert Camus

I read a lot of academic books in the field of economy, management, psychology and I'm not even able to list them all. I believe in the phrase: "Leaders are readers"

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I break small barriers almost everyday and I'm really proud of this. One of the best thing I have done was couch surfing around the Europe with my girlfriend in 2011.
