Overview
About Me
Hi! I’m Sabeera — a solo backpacker, from Bangladesh.
Who loves slow travel, long walks, and getting lost in new places (sometimes literally 😄).
I travel to learn, connect, and experience places beyond guidebooks. Calm, respectful, very curious — and always thankful on the roads 🌍
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I found Couchsurfing during my early solo travels. As a woman traveling alone in South Asia, finding accommodation wasn’t always simple, and I had a moment where I felt a bit lost while trying to find a place to stay. But I couldn't get, simply because I was traveling alone as a woman. That experience made me realize how much difference kindness and human connection can make on the road.
A friend then suggested Couchsurfing — and that’s how my journey here started. Through CS, my travel experience changed completely. I began to travel in a more meaningful way, learning from people, sharing stories, and seeing places beyond the usual tourist path. I’ve met kind, like-minded people and built genuine connections along the way.
For me, Couchsurfing is about trust, cultural exchange, and the beauty of human connection. It helped me experience travel in a much deeper and more beautiful way. That's why it’s one of the reasons travel feels so special to me.
