About Me
Working full-time has give me the fun task of trying to figure out the perfect balance between work and travel. I'm lucky my current job gives me the flexibility to travel weeks at a time and work remote from cities within the United States!
I had the great pleasure of living in Italy for half a year and Taiwan for 3 months, and it was amazing seeing new places and experiencing new things. I know I have barely seen a fraction of what the world has to offer, so I'm trying to slowly make my way around the world.
"The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun." - Into the Wild
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love getting to know people and seeing how locals enjoy their city. I've had the pleasure of staying with and meeting surfers from all over the work, and they have all been so kind.
"To be one, to be united is a great thing. But to respect the right to be different is maybe even greater." - Bono

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: Hip Hop, Pop, Country, etc. Basically, if I can dance or sing to it, then I will like it.
TV: I prefer TV shows over movies. I will always make time for Psych, The Mindy Project, Prison Break, Jane the Virgin, and Friends!
Books: I've liked these for a while: the entire Harry Potter series, 11/22/64, Into the Wild, Brave New World, and The Other Wes Moore.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I traveled to Switzerland on my own and went snowboarding in the French Alps. After taking quite a big fall, I sat up in the middle of the piste and saw the most beautiful snowcapped mountains in the background. In that moment, I felt so small and so grateful for everything around me. It is a memory I will forever cherish.
Teach, Learn, Share
I have random tricks to teach, so much to learn, and languages to share!
What I Can Share with Hosts
I am a great listener, because I really do love hearing about other people's lives. I am only 25, but I can share my experiences -- hopefully you'll get a good laugh or maybe even learn from one of my many mistakes.
