ABOUT ME

I'm a 26 years old student, living in The Hague.
I study Nutrition & Dietetics at the Haagse Hogeschool so I can become a dietitian. I want to coach people take good care of their body and mind by eating healthy.

PHILOSOPHY

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I go to Couch surf meetings once a month. I attend cooking meetings. It is nice to share my experiences with cooking and to teach others some techniques or give them info about what's healthy or not. What I like about couch surfing and the cook meetings is that you share traditional foods with all the international people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I hosted some people in my house. I cooked for them and in the evening I showed them around town. With some of them I build up some good friendships.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm good at listening and exchanging experiences. I like to hear people's stories. I like to work my body and dance. I belly dance and have a lot of fun with it. I can teach some basics of that. I like to cook, for someone, or together. I know a lot about food and nutrition an love to share that knowledge. I like to give massages and giving people a reiki-treatment, to relax.
