Overview
About Me
I'm a 26 year old Italian girl who loves travelling, meeting new cultures and people. I believe that in order to experience places it's necessary to get to know to local people and their habits.
I am passionate about nature in general, the mountains as well as the seaside and big cities. I am respectful for the environment and I do love animals.
I do like languages, because they allow you to change your personality and way of expressing yourself every time you switch from one to another.
I am curious about EVERYTHING: I never say No to something, even if it does not specifically fit with my interests, because I know that I'm gonna find out something positive from it.
Unfortunately I am still not able to host people, since I don't have my own house, but this is something I will do soon because Couchsurfing is such an enriching experience apart from a way to help others!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I like discovering places in a non touristic way: when I travel I like following the unbeaten path, and this is something that can only be achieved with the help of local people, who are able to guide you to the most typical as well as untypical places.
This way of visiting is very enriching as you get to know to a lot of new people eager to share their experiences with you.
Interests
I'm passionate about animals. I already planned that in my house there will be a dog, a cat, a turtle, a hedgehog and a chicken!
I read a lot of books and my favourite genres are Detective and Fantasy. I can't bear e-books because I need to touch the book, underline some quotes and write notes next to them.
I like taking long walks in the nature when the sun is shining.

Music, Movies, and Books
Favourite movie: Shining
Favourite books: 1984 and The Lord of the Rings
Favourite bands: Pink Floyd. But I also listen to reggae, downtempo, psychedelic rock and classical music.
Favourite directors: Tarantino and Kubrick
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I backpacked from Mexico to Chile.
Seven months of hitchhiking, night buses, swimming in the Carribeans, eating plenty of coconuts and crazy tropical fruits, hiking and regretting it (I am not a sporty person) but then remaining speechless in front of a wonderful landscape, cuddling all the dogs and cats met on my way and most of all enjoying the Buena Onda ("Good Vibe") lifestyle!
Teach, Learn, Share
Teach: I taught Italian to foreign students. I can also teach you how to make a tasty Tiramisù as well as the meaning of the most typical Italian gestures!
Learn: there is plenty of things I still can and want to learn, but what really attracts me is discovering and learning the typical recipes of the countries I visit.
What I Can Share with Hosts
My way of discovering and my knowledge in the countries I visited.
My mum's secretTiramisu recipe.
A big smile and good vibes starting from the morning.
