I love meeting new people and getting to know their stories. I love the fact that travel almost forces me to do that. I also love eating and trying all kinds of new foods. I love learning about someone else's culture and understanding the beauty of how things work out in each culture.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I get on couchsurfing whenever I travel for leisure and have more than just one night to spare. I currently live with my parents and family in Singapore so unfortunately I am unable to host at the moment.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have couch surfed in L.A. for one night and also in Paris for one night. Both were short stays but with ever so lovely hosts. I have also couch surfed in Bombay for 4 nights and it was such a wonderful experience! I think that this is a great way to meet and get to know locals, and also have a better appreciation of another person's culture, which is what travel is all about!

Interests

I love photography, hiking, singing, dancing, cooking.. Anything that requires me to be up and about! I love being close to nature, be it the forest or the ocean! I believe that travel is the greatest teacher of life and I enjoy every moment of it (good and bad).

Music, Movies, and Books

I love all kinds of movies, except horror movies. I simply can't take the paranoia!!
I also love all kinds of music, but my first love will always be rock n roll. As for books I always love a good mystery.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- Diving in the clear blue waters of Maldives
- Swimming next to a turtle in the ocean
- Watching shooting stars in the night sky while lazing on the beach and spotting glowing blue planktons wash up on the shore.
- Waking up to a sky full of stars while camping in the desert in Jaisalmer
- Climbing Mount Fansipan, the highest mountain in Indochina!
