About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To find a job so I can stay in Portugal and learn the language! To talk and eat my way through every place I visit.

ABOUT ME

I'm laid-back, self-contained, easy-going, and ready for an adventure or a movie night any night. Plus I love dancing and card games. Or board games, or drinking games. Maybe just games in general. There are so many things that I could say here and so I'll think of a few. I like eating, exploring, walking, taking pictures of graffiti all over the world, reading, cooking, lounging, day hiking, talking, drinking booze, making friends, inserting myself into conversations, playing pool, any beach at any time, dogs, cats, kids, drawing, making pottery, and friends. There, that's a start at least.

PHILOSOPHY

Be present, work hard, look at people when they talk to you, be creative and try new things. If offered, don't be stupid, but also think for yourself. Think analytically.

Interests

Lots of chilling like reading, drawing, writing (mostly in my journal), watching tv and movies, and going out to eat. Also searching for a boyfriend and doing that dating thing.

Music, Movies, and Books

Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, The Goonies, The Venture Brothers, Archer. Music is more like electronica pop, funk, jazz, classical(sometimes), hip hop. As for books, I mostly read the free stuff on my Kindle.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I washed a baby elephant in a river in Malaysia, jumped off a cliff in Thailand, and traveled by myself for six months in South East Asia.

Oh yeah, this one time in Colombia I dognapped a hostel dog (she wouldn't go back when I yelled at her, and I really didn't know what else to do), and took her to another hostel.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am great at: doodling, working with little kids, giving advice, pottery(maybe more like ok), meandering, finding joy, making tasty food from leftovers.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Cooking!!! I love to cook for other people and to have an intelligent conversation over a meal is one of my favorite things ever.
