PHILOSOPHY

If you feel terrible when you are with a so-called friend then it's time to let them go.

If your friend doesn't enhance your life, and in fact leaves you feeling worse, they are toxic and you don't need them in your circle.
A good friend supports you, cares for you and serves you for the highest good - they're good for you and you love being with them.

Once you've decided which friends make your heart sing and which drain your energy, it's time to start spending more time with the good ones and stop seeing the bad ones.
