Overview
About Me
Having Mexican mom and a Japanese dad, I've fallen in love with both cultures since I was young.
I am a huge foodie, which is why I'm proud of both Mexican and Japanese cuisine. I love eating, trying new flavors and most of all cafés and tea shops. My dad used to be a chef, so I also love cooking.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I was traveling to Japan to visit my dad and I barely spoke any Japanese and didn't really know anyone there. I was looking to meet new people in Tokyo and actually found a Couchsurfing event that took place every Friday at the same bar to get to know people, so there I was.
Interests
Food, coffee, traveling, learning about different cultures, music. I love movies and books, so I'm open to any recommendations. I also like skateboarding, though I only cruise on the board, no tricks or anything fancy.
I've recently started playing the ukulele.

Music, Movies, and Books
I fell in love with The Name of the Wind by Patrick Rothfuss a few years back and I just finished the sequel A Wiseman's Fear. Also, love Haruki Murakami's A Wild Sheep Chase and I am a recent fan of Miyuki Miyabe.
I enjoy any good book and movie.
In music, I listen to anything, and everything, not picky.
