About Me
ABOUT ME
I was born and grew up in Tokyo, Japan. I came to Adelaide, Australia in 2004. I'm an aged carer and love working with oldies.
I used to work as a Japanese interpreter - I helped Japanese people with communicating with doctors in hospitals. I loved my work because I felt I was needed by someone, which is a very rewarding feeling.
I would describe myself as a quiet, matured, chilled and relaxed person.
Most important thing in my life is friendship. "Life is nothing without friendship" - I don't know where I heard this, but I love this quote.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I enjoy meeting travellers from all around the world. I'm happy to meet up for a chat over coffee.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I CouchSurfed at Fred's apartment in Lyon when he was CouchSurfing at my apartment in Adelaide!
It was really great!
Vanessa, who is staying at Fred's apartment while he is away, was so kind that she took me to the hospital when I got sick in Lyon...
I would have been lost without her help.

Music, Movies, and Books
My favourite movies are American Beauty, Juno, Eagle vs Shark, The commitments, etc. I also enjoy watching horror movies and action movies.
I listen to all sorts of music but my favourite is Nirvana. I love Kurt Cobain.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
When I was living in Tasmania around 1996 to 1999, I visited a small town called Stanley, which is located on the north west of the island. I climbed to the top of The Nut, which is just like a miniture version of Ayres Rock and the landmark of the town, and what did I do? I breathed the cleanest air in the world! I felt like my whole body was being purified.
