About Me
Hey all!
I'm a super friendly guy who loves meeting new people from far and wide. I trained as a Historian, but have a deep love of Tech (esp. AI/machine learning) and contemporary art. I find pretty much everything engaging if you're with someone who's passionate about the topic.
On top of those things, I'm working on a sustainable food green project in Berlin to make the creation of protein cheaper and more economical for farmers
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I get asked frequently, 'what's the best place I've visited', and my response is always the same - my enjoyment of a place is very rarely defined by the place itself but the people I enjoyed the experience with.
In that sense, I much prefer living & breathing like a local, getting to meet new friends and discover new people to add so much more colour to my travelling experience than I would ever have in a room by myself.

Music, Movies, and Books
Favourite Music: My taste is generally defined by my mood. [Current Mood = Disco!]
Favourite Film(s): Whiplash & Gladiator
Favourite Book: One Hundred Years of Solitude
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've held up the largest buffalo bull in the world (he was sedated by a vet for medical treatment!)
Teach, Learn, Share
This is a tough box.
To Teach: You always know a lot less than you think you know.
To Learn: That's for you to tell me! I'll learn anything
To Share: If bees went extinct, humans would have 4 years to live.
What I Can Share with Hosts
My knowledge, my humour. And if those don't do it for you, you'll definitely get dinner on me!
