Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I used to have a shared flat that was a Free House and heard about CS through some of the people who passed through and stopped over with us.
I'm lived in Lyon, France and thought I would reactivate an old account and see how it went after a not so good first experience, had a great one, decided to try again now.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Hosting a place that takes people of different sorts passing through, but not as a CS myself. Worked and ran a couple tourist hostels so know the backpacking sort = ) Not a big traveler...yet I guess. A lazy one, where I get to meet people from all over from a stationary place maybe..

Interests

I like books, whisky, companionship, stories, directness & above all honesty. The human thing...the connections spoken softly, that's what I'm interested in most I think.

Embracing my inner geek with games and sci fi sometimes after having missed it as a kid...anything beach related or involving solving problems outdoors is wonderful.
Cats are pretty good too.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Depends...what people are looking for, what you got, what you can give, what you need, etc. Uh. A beer I guess? Enthusiastic but not fantastic cook. I make up stories to amuse people sometimes, but depends on alot of things.

I don't know man, peoples shared things come naturally, you don't just offer your heart, soul and experiences like a shop window for people to pick from right?
