About Me
I am a senior Computer Science major at Earlham College. I first started to develop an interest in technology while working at a hackerspace called Sector67 in high school. I was doing large scale paintings in their warehouse space when I started to get curious about what the guys fueling themselves with red bull were doing in the room around the corner with shiny pieces of metal with wires and LED's sticking out. Ever since my involvement with Sector67 I've been fascinated by the infinite possibilities of technology within the realms of sound art, light installations, sustainable tech, DIY hardware design, 3D printing, interactive tech, wearables etc. I believe that technology is something that should be tinkered with, collaboratively and creatively - not just consumed. Right now I am in the bay working on my first real installation piece which will be shown at Gray Area Arts & Technology Aug. 26th. I really love having long conversations with people about anything! I really love getting to hear peoples insight and life experiences.
