Hey, I am currently in Taiwan learning Chinese. Tainan city as of now, but I am looking to move to Hualien. I would like to find people whom with I can talk to in Chinese, on a daily basis. Thus I want to have a "home" away from home.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am not just here to find a free accommodation. I am willing to contribute to housework, rent, and bills. I want to find Taiwanese people whom with I can live under the same roof, learn Chinese, learn about Taiwanese and do activities, make more friends as I go along.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I travelled from Tainan to Kenting on a bicycle, off the beaten track, spending many nights in Taiwanese villages such as Meinong, San Di Men, Fangliao, Hengchun, passing Moon World and Wan Luan along the way, and took the train to Taidong. I am glad I did the the trip, and received many unforgettable kindness from many strangers.

I am fluent in English and Indonesian, know some Chinese and Japanese. I am learning Chinese at the moment, would like someone who can converse with me in their free time or over dinner.
