Hey, I am an Irish guy who thoroughly enjoys travelling and all that goes with it especially experiencing new cultures along with meeting new people. I have done various trips but I have recently began a trip in south America for six months or so and enjoying the challenge of improving my Spanish which is going rather well thus far. I love socialising in any form along with undertaking any activity which can lead to having some fun or gaing a new skill. I am very friendly and easy to get along with as I am very flexible. I am also a tidy person and very appreciative of other peoples space and privacy. I do enjoy various sports from horse riding to gaelic football and diving.

I am not new to couchsurfing but I have only done so with my sister who regularly uses couchsurfing but never persued much activity before now. It is the perfect opportunity to meet local people and experience the true local way of life. I am also learning Spanish and believe staying with locals is the best way to improve.Now that I am finished my study I can continue to be more active in this area.

I take an interest in just about everything as gaining new skills and experiences are always areas which I actively pursue. I enjoy staying fit and healthy thus any form of physical activity is always welcomed unless of course the opportunity for more adventurous paths arise such as going for a beer or two!

I am not suree whether it fits into the catagory of amazing but I have climbed mount Ijen in Indonesia which is an active volcano. It was certainly one of the most fun thing's I have done.

I am a pharmacist so any advice on medication or general health enquiries is available. I have also many stories along with good company over a beer/coffee for a good chat about absolutely anything. If you require help with some work or around the house over my stay there is no problem. I am glad to be part of a team and help out.
