ABOUT ME
I always feel worried and somewhat terrified about experiencing new things, going to new places, meeting new people. But, I am deeply interested in the parts of me that struggles with those feelings.

Music, Movies, and Books
My favorite writer would probably be Gustave Flobert. Recently I've became a huge fan of Alice Munro. I adore Michael Haneke in cinema. I still listen to Pink Floyd and David Bowie. I like Tom Waits. Persian classic music is what I grew up with and can't have enough of it.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Once I scored 10 times in a futsal game; two scores on behalf of everyone of my teammates. :)
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach math and engineering stuff. I like to talk about Information Theory. I can also teach you how to sing a classical Persian song as well as introducing to you the quarter tones. I am always up for learning random stuff from different cultures and languages. I love listening to stories about local heroes and myths and I can share with you tales from different regions of the world.
