I'm a graduate student in Michigan, who's trying to use the little free time they give us grad students to get to know the US. I'd say, I'm a serious and fun person at the same time, let's just say, sometimes I think too much! I love to hang out with friends and get to know new people and places.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I mainly surf and show fellow couchsurfers around where I live, but once the times of being a broke grad student are over, I will invest in to a comfy couch and start hosting!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've couchsurfed on different occasions. I travelled with a very good friend to Toronto, and I stayed at some couches. I hosted a fellow couchsurfer in Berlin and had a great time with her!

Interests

hanging out with friends, travelling, reading, movies/tv series, all kinds of needle work (knitting, patchwork, crouché, sewing...)

Music, Movies, and Books

I love to read books.Some of my favourite authors are John Grisham, James Patterson, Colin Forbes and Lee Child.
I'm a big fan of tv series such as greys anatomy or white collar! Currently those two are my favorite, but I always like to try new ones!
Of course I also like good action movies and comedies.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've been to the Niagara Falls last november and it was very overwhelming, the power of nature, very impressive!

Also, I'm kind of still overwhelmed that I was granted the unique experience of being able to study in the US!!

Teach, Learn, Share

I like to learn more about the other person's life experience. I feel talking about experiences (new boss or getting into grad school) can help us learn so much more about live.
I also love it when people show me the places in town that a tourist would usually never find!
