About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To follow my heart and love the work I do

ABOUT ME

I have a small herbal business called "White Lotus Designs" (www.whitelotusdesigns.com) where I sell handmade greeting cards with herbal herbal information/recipes on the backs and herbal products, distributing them in Vermont and New Hampshire. I also really enjoy yoga and try to include it often in my life.

PHILOSOPHY

Follow your intuition, it has done miracles for me!

I have been a professional house/pet sitter in Vermont and occasionally the Pacific Northwest for the last three years. I have house sat for about 30 different people. It is such an adventure and I can give phone numbers as references from people I have house sat for if you need them.

Mutant Message Down Under, Marlo Morgan

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I traveled on a biodiesel school bus across Canada with people from all over the world, some who didn't speak english. We didn't have money so we played music on the streets in Montreal, Toronto, Winnepeg, etc. across Canada. Upon arriving in Nelson, BC, we set up a road blockade to protect the trees from being logged for a community watershed supply. It was AWESOME! It took us three weeks, I became so close to them as a family. We worked as a community with all of our ups and downs and this brought out people's gifts and support. I am making a documentary film about the trip.

Teach, Learn, Share

I want to teach how to make herbal medicine! I also want to share plant wisdom.
