About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Adventure!

ABOUT ME

About 8 months ago I quit my full time, fairly stable job at a health food store so I could go traveling instead.
I didn't have a whole lot planned out or set in stone for my trip but looking back over 8 months of moving around the UK, Ireland and most of western Europe I think that was the best way to go.
There is really no point in trying to describe how valuable my experience has been, or how much it has helped me to become a more balanced and happier person. Its been amazing.

PHILOSOPHY

Don't hurt anyone, help yourself and help others where applicable. Have some fun along the way.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I can't wait to get back to Melbourne, move out of my parent's place and start hosting!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have surfed through most of the countries I have visited and even had the chance to host a couple of people at my apartment in Berlin when I was living there in late 2011.

Interests

I like to read, write and take photographs. Listening to music is also one of my faves.
Also a fan of finding a really good TV show and watching back to back episodes with friends while eating copious amounts of homemade vegetarian bolognese and spaghetti.

Music, Movies, and Books

There are rather a few... at the moment I'm trying to catch up on some books that I feel like I should have read a long time ago such as Fear and Loathing and A Clockwork Orange.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think the most amazing thing I have witnessed in my lifetime would have to be my mother giving birth to my younger brother when I was 8. It was also kinda scary, though I remember dealing with it rather well, considering.

Teach, Learn, Share

Not sure what I can offer to teach anyone else, as that kind of thing usually comes to mind after meeting and chatting with someone a few times but I could definitely use some help on the language front. I have English down but I am outstandingly hopeless when it comes to all other languages.

Countries I’ve Visited

Denmark, France, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, United Kingdom

Countries I’ve Lived In
