About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Hiking Corsica from north to south

ABOUT ME

Explorer!
I am an engineering student (meh, I swear it is interesting), with a passion to life - human connections - and traveling.
I love meeting people (new as well as old friends).
I would call myself an adventurer, if it wasn't pretentious (But whoops, I just did). I mostly travel alone, since I feel the local vibe by being committed to the place, the people, the tastes.
in August 2012, I took my backpack and flew to spain, crossed the pyrenees and starting walking towards france, switzerland, and cross the alps until I got to Austria. It was a life changing experience for me, an adventure where I met my best-to-be friends, here on CS.

PHILOSOPHY

People were born to love other people and use their tools.
Nowadays people use other people and love their tools.

I am a big fan of modernism, technology, etc. but I also believe in humanity, more than all. it is hard to keep that in mind all the time, in the big city, where people walk with off-face, without any passion in their look. but I amaze at how one smile can change someone's day. community is the engine of success.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I used to surf, mostly
At the age of 21 I was completely broke and I thought it could be a fun Idea as well cheap.
I could never know how CS would change my life.
I met amazing people that often come to visit, and I made great bonding around the world.

Today, since I moved to Tel Aviv, I love to host. meeting new people, show them around, is the spirit drives me here.
CS is a community of real connections. it is not free accommodation, it is the way we explore, make friends, and probably the best thing I know.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

After climbing the Alps, I went to Northen Switzerland. my feet was bleeding and I had to rest for a few days.
I met couchosts that care so much, they have given me much energy, they have showed me how strangers are really friends who have not met yet.
and this is CS for me

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Walking 4 days in the alps without seeing no human being.
