I'm an Alternate Therapist and work with Mental Health. I work both wth rural communities and urban masses. i travel Pan India for my work. I am deeply interested in learning more about the world of Body movement & resposnses of body towards strong emotions. I runs 3-day workshops spreading awareness about Five-elements and about experiencing them through body movement, called dance of elements.

I graduated in Psychology Honours, Punjab University ’99 Chandigarh. Sahaya set up SOAHM, a translucent Healing studio in 2007. Since then she has been traveling to learn and practice as an alternate therapist Pan-India.
