ABOUT ME

We are on a 6-month journey around the world. We lived and worked in Japan for 10 years and we plan to move to New York after our travels. We enjoy meeting new people and experiencing different cultures. We got married in 2009, we quit our jobs in 2011, and now we have our lives in two backpacks.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We are still new to the CS experience. We love the idea of cultural exchange through couch sharing and we are excited to be a part of the CS community.

Interests

We spend a lot of time hand-making things. From cooking to carpentry, we like to stimulate our creative senses. We also enjoy outdoor activities and sports such as rollerblading and soccer. Our dream is to build our own house!
