I'm a gay man of Turkish roots from London where I have lived for most of my life. I've spent the last 6 years in Istanbul and have decided to move to Barcelona in August 2016 (nothing to do with the coup I promise).

On the weekend, I have a fun and outgoing side where I rave it out, glow sticks and all (joke) but midweek I have a calmer, chill side where I like to watch movies, hang out with friends or read. Into reading well-written non-fiction, anything on science, anthropology or physics. Like to listen to House, Funky House, R&B, Hip hop and basement but also into my Soul and Slow Jams coz sometimes you need some of that Mary J :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Haven't really travelled much so this is going to be the start of my journey!
Looking for smart, fun and friendly people to meet. Moving to Barcelona on Aug 24th and looking for somewhere to stay for about a week before I get myself set up. Would love to start learning Catalan/Spanish but would really appreciate someone with knowledge of English too! :)
