Overview
About Me
Hi! I’m Said, an easygoing and friendly traveler originally from Zanzibar, currently living in Arusha, Tanzania. I’m passionate about tourism and love sharing the beauty of my home with people from around the world. Running my own tour company has been an incredible journey, and it’s taught me so much about different cultures and the joy of connecting with others.
I’m always ready to help out with ideas, whether it’s travel planning, business tips, or just brainstorming new projects. I believe in creating positive experiences and enjoy teaching, learning, and exchanging stories. Besides travel, I love languages—I'm fluent in Kiswahili and English and currently learning French.
In my free time, you might find me exploring new places, connecting with locals, or trying out new recipes. I look forward to meeting new friends, sharing good conversations, and learning from each other’s journeys!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One amazing thing I’ve done is establishing my own tour company in Zanzibar, where I get to share the beauty of my homeland with people from all over the world. Creating memorable experiences for travelers and watching them fall in love with the culture, landscapes, and adventures here is truly rewarding. It’s incredible to see how much of a difference a well-organized, local-guided tour can make in someone’s travel experience
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can offer hosts a genuine cultural exchange and friendship. As someone with experience in tourism, I’m happy to share insights about Zanzibar and Oman, and I can even help plan trips or offer travel tips. I enjoy cooking and would love to make some traditional dishes or try new recipes together. I’m also happy to share my knowledge of Kiswahili and English if anyone wants to practice or learn a few phrases. And, of course, I’ll always bring a positive attitude and respect for your space!
