My name is Said and I live in Zaragoza, Spain. I am an open-minded person, willing to eat the world every time I have the opportunity. I love travelling alone and discoverying foreign and unsung cities, landscapes and stories of people I meet in the way by my own.

Music is my passion, but numbers are my business though. I have got a funk rock band and play the guitar and sing, but I especially love organising and managing activities and events for Erasmus students in my city with the association I belong to.

For me learning about history, languages and customs from others is something special. I take advantage of every situation to learn more about how people live in other countries.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

I joined Couchsurfing because I love travelling and meeting new people. I can't stop travelling, even in seasons when people don't usually travel, and therefore hostels are usually empty. Like all of backpackers, my budget is not as big as I'd like, so Couchsurfing is the cheapest way to travel to a foreign country :)

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

I won't lie, my favourite band is Metallica. I saw them in February 2018 and I broke down in the first song. I love hard rock and metal music, but also indie, pop, electronic music and hip-hop. I also like composing my own songs, so if we see in the future maybe I can sing you some :)

My favourite book is 1984, by George Orwell. I like people being aware of history and politics, and this book reflects this looking through the glass of science fiction.

One of my favourite films is Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, but I also love Quentin Tarantino's films, Coen Brothers' movies and in general, every Science Fiction film capable of making me think about a topic, like in Black Mirror (TV Serie).

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

Extreme outdoor sports as Bangee Jumping or Rafting... But the best of all I think is travelling by my own for the first time. That made me change my mind... and because of this I learnt to speak two languages in one year, and sharing a lot of incredible experiences with other people around the world!

Enseignez, apprenez, partagez

I like bringing my ukelele or guitar and my harmonica everywhere. I can teach you if you don't know to play yet, or create music or perform covers if you already play :)

I love foreign cuisine. I'd like to learn new foreign recipes to prepare them for my friends and myself.
