Overview
About Me
Always on the lookout for the next adventure. Still have a lot of unrealized traveling dreams to fulfill: hitchhike from Germany to Mongolia, work at a goat farm, work at a mountain hut, Woofing in general. Currently pursuing my Master's in Choreography. I hope to create work that pushes people to rethink/refeel.
I also have other things I'd like to get around to: keep practicing DJing, bake more cakes and surprise friends with them, actually realize the random ideas I have for street happenings (like setting up a whole breakfast set on the sidewalk and invite random people walking by to join us), spend less time online, save some money, learn how to drive, and it goes on and on and on and on. You can find me in the kitchen, the forest, or on the dance floor. I'm torn between my love of the mountains and my love of (certain) big cities.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I think the sort of people who are on couchsurfing are my sort of people. I like this idea of hospitality, of opening up your doors to someone whom you don't know, of making deeper connections in a foreign place.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Watching herds of elephants come to at a watering hole in Addo National Park. One elephant calf was too short to reach the water with its trunk, so it gets down on one knee to try to get closer. Not enough. It gets down on both front legs. Still not close enough. The elephant splays all its limbs out on the ground and ends up sliding headfirst into the watering hole. Its mother and the elephant on the other side of the baby use their trunks together to roll the calf out of the water onto the bank. The calf, half wet, half embarrassed, hides behind its mothers legs.
