HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I host when I can and I try to give advice when I can't. Also, in Warsaw I went to a bunch of meetings and I will try to keep this up back home.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've joined a couple of years ago when I was co-hosting with my then-flatmate. We've hosted six awsome surfers, then I moved and was unable to host. Later, when I spent a month in Warsaw, CS really helped me out, not just via couches, mainly through all the amazing people I've met on CS meetings. Now I'm back home and am really looking forward to host as soon as I move.

KARATE KARATE KARATE <3 for two years now it's been my life

MUSIC <3 mostly metal (death, black, folk, gothic, ...) also industrial, aggrotech, tbm, ebm, some slovenian stuff like Iztok Mlakar and Zmelkoow and anything good I stumble upon

Also: books, movies, music, animals, languages, translating, XC skiing, traveling, music, hiking, cooking (I looooove to cook), festivals and concerts, webcomics (a tad nerdy I am), theatre, poi (I'm a beginner but that stuff is addictive), oh and have I mentioned music? I don't know if this counts as an interest, but I adore snow and cold and everything related to that :)

Musica, film e libri

List of music I enjoy (live, breathe, obsess over) is infinite, mainly I listen to metal, but also some of the more electro-oriented stuff. There are also a few Slovenian bands and singers-songwriters I grately appreciate b/c of their lyrics, and my latest love is a Polish singer-songwriter Maria Peszek.

Literary-wise my greatest obsession is HHGTTG and a Slovenian author Svetlana Makarovic, also I'm very much into sci-fi.

I enjoy sci-fi movies, decent comedies (I'm a huuuge fan of Monty Python) and animated films and cartoons.

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

Definetly this one time at karate practice. It was the moment I realized psychological strenght and strong will go a very very long way.

And also March 2014 I decided to pack my bags and took (almost) the next flight to Poland, stayed in Warsaw for a month ... the most life-changing, amazing experience of my life!

Insegna, impara, condividi

I know how to cook a bunch of very yummy things and am told I'm a patient teacher. :) Language exchange is also an option (my Slovene, English and Polish for your ... whatever). Another thing I also know a lot about is cats, so there ... cat whisperer. :)
