About Me

CURRENT MISSION

it doesn't matter what you are doing just as long as you are laughing

ABOUT ME

Ah, stories. I love stories. Dreams are great, too - they are free stories. I consider myself very open-minded - as life is about experiences and people. People need people to live. I love making things interesting in any way, shape or form. I am fairly new to traveling, although I've always had it in my head that I would go so many places like a nomad. Living in Seattle, I have remedied my passion for learning about places by meeting good people and hearing/sharing stories.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I tell peeps about couchsurfing, I accommodate surfers when I can, and I send good vibes out to the world of couchsurfing.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am getting more experienced... can't help but think of Jimi Hendrix...

Interests

Film and projecting film (at the Grand Illusion Cinema!). Travel. Live Performances. People. Stories. Playing dress-up. Cooking dinners with friends. Outdoor things. Lots of outdoor things: swimming, hiking, boating, breathing...

Music, Movies, and Books

Dante's Inferno right now. Chuck Palahniuk and Kurt Vonnegut before that. Read some Hesse ("Steppenwolf", "Wandering") and Alicia Bay Laurel's "Living on the Earth" along with other informational books about organic farming, growing sprouts, etc. Kerouac's "Dharma Bums" and "Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy", more Kerouac ("Desolation Angels") and working on Virginia Woolf's "The Voyage Out"... still. Maybe some short stories, too - got some by Herman Melville.

Teach, Learn, Share

Everyone is a learner, teacher, and doer. I would love to learn new cooking recipes as well as share some that I know. I can teach a little bit of guitar but would love to learn more. We have an organ, tamborine, electric guitar and bass here, and a flute and a slide whistle too.
There is always hiking, hotspringing, camping (in the summer in the northwest or other times when traveling), etc.
