I'm a Finnish musician, piano teacher and music journalist. Always enthusiastic about knowledge and discoveries as well as about creativity and the movements and emotions of the human psyche and our interaction with one another. I let my love for life shine through. Fascinated with arts, languages, dance and all other kinds of expression - as well as with nature. I avoid flying to reduce my carbon footprint and travel by land instead. While travelling, I love to find details and experiences hidden from the regular tourist's eye.

I'm ready to host people where I'm living; to spread the goodwill between strangers and break down barriers of prejudice, thus making the world a safer, friendlier place. Sounds noble, doesn't it?

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've been hosted via CouchSurfing a couple of times, and it's been a delightful experience. I also hosted one surfer in April 2014 . A lot of surfing and hosting with acquaintances and friends, of course, throughout the years!

I can give lessons in piano, singing, basic brass instrument and guitar skills (and some other basic instrument skills) and music theory/history. I can help in learning Finnish, English, French, Swedish, Polish (or some other languages to a lesser extent).
