Overview
About Me
Grew up all over the world; never lived in one place for more than 3 years.
I love traveling and exploring new places and cultures. I like to expand my horizons as much as I can and try to open my mind to the world and its people. I love to learn about peoples' histories and enjoy adapting to new environments.
I'm a city girl and love to be in a fast-paced environment. I feel most at home when I'm in a big city, even when I don't know the country or its language.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To meet new people and to get a more personal experience of the city. It's an opportunity to truly connect with locals and other's like myself who enjoy a worldly lifestyle.
Interests
Movies. My life wouldn't be complete without films in my life.
I live for film and will always have a conversation about them if you want. It's been a part of my identity since childhood and is something that keeps me rooted.
Music and Dance. You can't do one without the other. Music and dance are the language of the soul and connect people regardless of language and cultural barriers.
Photos. I'm obsessed with my Fujifilm, Mini Instax camera. I love film photography and capturing moments through photos. I love having physical, visual memories, but am totally content keeping those images in my head as well.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
So many things that I think are amazing that I've done in life involve other people, which is why I think they're amazing to me. Not only do people make experiences special, but some of the most exciting things I've done/experienced were those of spontaneity and chance!
Because of my upbringing, Ive been able to see incredible places such as the sea of Galilee, Mt. Fuji, the Andes mountains, and people from so many backgrounds. I honestly can't pinpoint an amazing thing I've done because I consider some things normal and other things amazing. For example, I think it's amazing that I lived with my best friend from middle school in NY when we went to school together in Tokyo for only two years together.
I love how small the world is and how connected we all are.
What I Can Share with Hosts
My life stories and open discussions about various topics of life from culture to poilitics to simple conversations about mundane topics...maybe a joke or two in there if my humor is right.
I also play the Ukelele, but not at an extraordinary level.
