I want to meet people rather than be the stereotypical, exploitative tourist. People often have more to offer than the cold setting of a hotel. I'd rather get to know the city I'm visiting/staying in from a local's perspective.

My music interest is best described as "eclectic." I can usually get down to anything but truly inane country or screamo/head-banging rock.

Movies? I love musicals, Disney, action/adventure, and historical settings, etc. For example, I adore Mulan (1997) Hello, Dolly!, the Ocean's series, and the Bourne saga.

As for books, I love all books but prefer action/adventure/fantasy type of fiction.

White-water rafted the Nile. Hugged a baby elephant. Fed giraffes. Pet a wallaby in the wild. Slept for 20hrs straight. Finished 3 degrees.
