Becoming a more awesome version of myself. I am queer and polyamorous, I love to meet new queer and poly people around my home country and would like to meet more overseas.

Seek out challenges, seek to challenge people. Relish and cherish opportunities for personal growth. Don't stop doing something just because it is difficult. Remember that both good times and bad times will eventually be over, so make the most of the former and don't dwell too much on the latter.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I haven't done any couchsurfing on this site yet, although I have bummed around on people's couches via Swing Dance events.

Interests

Dancing, especially blues dance. Board games and video games. Steven Universe. British comedy TV shows. Knitting, sewing, embroidery, drawing.

I like going swimming outdoors, and I love forests. I like tea a LOT, not just black tea but white, green, oolong, puerh, and herbal tisanes like lemon verbena, mint, etc.

Unusual for a british person (perhaps?) I'm an occasional nudist. I love hot water springs and cuddle parties

I like lots of different music. I enjoy learning about new genres of music by people who love them.

I love the author Robin Hobb. I like to listen to audiobooks and mostly read sci fi and fantasy.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Sailed across the Atlantic on a Tall Ship (SV Tenacious)

Played the violin in a youth orchestra performing Swan Lake with a Russian ballet company in an amphitheatre in Croatia

Got through medical school despite having my own health problems

I can knit and sew, I do embroidery. I can mend clothes and show you how to darn your socks. I can teach knitting and help fix knitting mistakes. I can sew basic clothes. I can show you good british TV shows! I love Steven Universe and I love introducing it to people,

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love to play board games, I am good at making pancakes for breakfast, I love talking about gender and sexuality related politics. I am good with pets and can take your dog for a walk. I like to play videogames with people. I LOVE food!
