ABOUT ME
Greetings! My name is Rynne and I am an American student. I currently work and live in Winston-Salem, NC
PHILOSOPHY
I believe that the goal in life is to do as much as possible to educate oneself on the ways of the world. Meaning, i think "nirvana" is achieved when you have a very true and accurate view of how the world actually exists.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I've couch surfed in Europe and in the US and I'm wanting to meet people to show them around my town!
I loved EVERY adventure I had and even got a tattoo from a CS adventure. Live changing stuff. Now, I'm looking to host tons of people at my place!
I have couchsurfed many, many times and I am very happy that I am now able to host! I hate living alone and the more people in my house, the happier I am!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I couchsurfed once in San Francisco, once in Scotland, Once in Ireland, once in Spain, and once in San Diego. I also have met up with surfers in Germany and Spain for drinks. and I can't wait to meet more people through the experience! I firmly believe that the purpose of travel is to meet people rather than see things.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love to read books on chemistry and math. Nerd, I know, but this is how I love to connect to the world. At this moment, I'm a bug fan of jam-bands and electronic music. I love Phish, Grateful Dead, Widespread Panic as well as the Black Keys.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Hitchhiking to California!
Backpacking Europe
Teach, Learn, Share
People from cultures other than my own. I think my favorite part of traveling is learning the cultures of other people. Through couchsurfing, I feel as though I've experienced a bit of their home by interacting with them.
What I Can Share with Hosts
- The cutest puppy in the world. I hope you're not allergic to dogs!
- A fun, safe home-like environment.
Additionally, I always keep a list of "couchsurfer" tasks if anyone feels inclined to trade their time for a couch! This can be especially important during peak seasons-- I do take preference to anyone looking to cook or help around the house :)
